Inclement Weather.

An unusually unsettled Summer so far this year. Good news for the garden though and a joy to not have to water every evening!

There are still plenty of things to use as painting subjects and I've been photographing all kinds of minibeasts for future workshops.

These iris flowers are looking lovely despite the rain and are all the more appreciated because they are in a brand new flower border that is only a couple of months old.

Where we have let the pasture rest there are all kinds of wild flowers popping up and we have discovered a few Spindle trees along the Southern lane.
